                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE 
                   THE CONTRACT FOR STREET SWEEPING SERVICES 
                   WITH BFI SERVICES GROUP, INC. FOR A 
                   CONSIDERATION OF TWENTY-SIX AND 49/100 
                   DOLLARS ($26.49) PER EDGE OF PAVEMENT MILE 
                   ACTUALLY SWEPT.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute the 
       Contract for Street Sweeping Services with BFI Services Group, 
       Inc. for a consideration of $26.49 per edge of pavement mile 
       actually swept.
